How does the sourcing process work?

We source directly from official flagship stores and trusted e-commerce platforms that have been carefully vetted and curated by our team.

Are your products authentic?

Authenticity is our top priority. Every item is sourced from trusted channels to ensure you receive only genuine products and the very best Taiwan has to offer.

3. Returns, Refunds & Damages

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?

Your order is our responsibility while it is in the care of MyHero Collects. If an issue arises due to an error on our end, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make things right.

Once an order has been transferred to our shipping courier, it falls outside of our direct control. While we cannot guarantee or refund issues that occur during third-party transit, we will always do our best to support you in resolving the matter with the shipping provider.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We carefully inspect and securely pack every item before it leaves our care to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, once an order enters transit with a shipping courier, factors outside of our control may affect its condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

2. Shipping & Logistics

Where do you ship to?

Catalogue Items, Jastip & E-Commerce Checkout:
For our catalogue items, Jastip (personal shopping) service, and e-commerce checkout service, we currently provide hand-carry delivery to Indonesia as well as domestic delivery within Taiwan.

Two-Way Delivery Service:
We also offer two-way shipping services between Taiwan and Indonesia, making it easy to send items in either direction.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We typically have 1–2 flights scheduled each month. For the latest batch schedules and flight dates, please refer to our WhatsApp group or Instagram updates. Once your order arrives in Indonesia, delivery to your doorstep usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

How much does shipping cost, and how is it calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the service you choose:

Catalogue Orders:
Our service fee already includes all international hand-carry costs from Taiwan to Indonesia. You only need to pay for local delivery within Indonesia, which can be selected and calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Tier:
Enjoy free local shipping within Indonesia on all catalogue orders with a total purchase value of Rp 750,000 or more.
Custom Requests:
For custom-sourced items that are not part of our catalogue, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the item's size, weight, handling requirements, and sourcing complexity will be taken into consideration when determining the final shipping fee.
