1. Orders & Sourcing
What if the items I want is not on your catalogue?
If you're looking for a specific item from Taiwan or would like us to place an order from a Taiwanese website on your behalf, simply submit a direct product link and/or photo through our Custom Request Form located in Jastip/Personal Shopping tab here. Our team will review your request and contact you via WhatsApp with a detailed quotation and cost breakdown within 24 hours.
How does the sourcing process work?
We source directly from official flagship stores and trusted e-commerce platforms that have been carefully vetted and curated by our team.
Are your products authentic?
Authenticity is our top priority. Whenever possible, all items are sourced directly from official stores, flagship outlets, or authorized retailers to ensure you receive only genuine products and the very best Taiwan has to offer.
In cases where an item is unavailable through official channels and must be sourced from a third-party seller, we carefully vet the seller's reputation, ratings, and customer reviews before proceeding. We will always inform you and obtain your approval before placing the order.
3. Returns, Refunds & Damages
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-sourced nature of our personal shopping service and the limited availability of many collectible items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Can I get a refund if something goes wrong or my package arrives damaged?
Your order is our responsibility while it is in the direct care of MyHero Collects. We will carefully inspect and securely pack every item before it leaves our care to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. If an issue arises due to an error on our end, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work toward a fair resolution.
However, international transit and local courier shipping carry inherent handling risks that are no longer in our control once the journey begins. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for items or packaging damaged during transit. While we cannot guarantee issues that might occur, we will do our best to resolve the matter.
2. Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship to?
Catalogue Items, Jastip & E-Commerce Checkout:
For our catalogue items, Jastip (personal shopping) service, and e-commerce checkout service, we currently provide hand-carry delivery to Indonesia as well as domestic delivery within Taiwan.
Two-Way Delivery Service:
We also offer two-way shipping services between Taiwan and Indonesia, making it easy to send items in either direction.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We hand-carry all items directly from Taiwan to Indonesia to help minimise import delays and ensure your order arrives safely. We typically have 1–2 flights scheduled each month. For the latest batch schedules and flight dates, please refer to our WhatsApp Group or Instagram updates. Once your order arrives in Indonesia, local delivery to your doorstep usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
How much does shipping cost, and how is it calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the service you choose:
Catalogue Orders:
Our service fee already includes all international hand-carry costs from Taiwan to Indonesia. You only need to pay for local delivery within Indonesia, which can be selected and calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Tier:
Enjoy free local shipping within Indonesia on all catalogue orders with a total purchase value of Rp 750,000 or more.
Custom Requests:
For custom-sourced items that are not part of our catalogue, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the item's size, weight, handling requirements, and sourcing complexity will be taken into consideration when determining the final shipping fee.
