Because we hand-carry or personally ship items across international borders, we must comply with all airline safety regulations, customs laws, and local import/export restrictions.
We reserves the right to decline any order that violates these guidelines or poses a logistics risk.
🚫 What We Cannot Accept
We do not source, purchase, or transport the following items under any circumstances:
Hazardous & Prohibited Materials: Aerosols, compressed gasses, flammable liquids (including certain perfumes or high-proof alcohols), matches, lighters, and lithium batteries not contained within an authorized device.
Restricted Counterfeit & Illegal Goods: Bootlegs, unlicensed merchandise, or items that explicitly violate intellectual property laws.
Perishables & Restricted Agriculture: Raw meat, unsealed fresh dairy, fresh fruits/vegetables, live plants, seeds, or any items strictly banned by local customs agricultural control.
Overweight or Oversized Items: Anything exceeding standard airline checked baggage or standard courier size/weight limits (unless specifically cleared with us via custom quote prior to ordering).
High-Value Currencies & Restricted Financials: Cash, negotiable instruments, raw precious metals, or restricted financial documents.
Weapons & Controlled Substances: Any form of weaponry, tactical gear, prescription medication, or locally illicit substances.
⚠️ Items Accepted with Limitations (Case-by-Case)
Some items are subject to strict quantity, volume, or weight limits due to customs declaration rules or airline hand-carry restrictions. The following require explicit confirmation from us before we accept your order:
Liquids & Cosmetics: Creams, gels, and liquids must fit within strict customs allowances and airline safety thresholds.
High-Value Collectibles: Rare cards, high-ticket electronics, or luxury designer goods may require additional insurance, custom handling fees, or formal customs declarations.
Alcohol & Tobacco: Strictly limited to local duty-free allowances per trip and age verification.
⚖️ Liability & Customs Compliance
Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their destination country’s customs authority.
Seizures & Delays: While we take every precaution to ensure compliance, we are not liable for packages delayed or seized by customs if the items fall into legally gray or restricted categories in your local jurisdiction.
Order Cancellation: If an item is purchased and subsequently deemed unsafe or illegal to transport during processing, we will cancel the order and issue a refund minus any non-refundable sourcing/handling fees incurred.
