When submitting item requests from third-party marketplaces like Taobao and Shopee, please review the following terms. Because we are purchasing and hand-carrying these items exactly as requested on your behalf, our liability is strictly limited to logistics and transport.
By confirming your order, you agree to the following conditions:
🔗 Customer Responsibility for Links & Specifications
Accurate Links: We buy exactly what you link. We are not responsible for errors if you send the wrong URL, the wrong shop, or a link to an incorrect listing.
Exact Variations: You must clearly specify your desired size, color, model, or variation. If no variation is specified, or if you select the wrong one, we are not liable for the item received.
Seller Integrity: We are a personal shopping and transport service, not the seller. We are not responsible for third-party merchant defects, poor item quality, mislabeled sizing by the shop, or incorrect items sent by the Taobao/Shopee seller to our local address.
🚫 No Cancellations or "Change of Mind" Refunds
Final Sales: Once we have purchased the item from Taobao or Shopee, the order is locked in. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind.
No Return Logistics: Because we operate on a tight travel and hand-carry schedule, we cannot facilitate return shipping or dispute processing back to third-party sellers once an item has been purchased and processed.
📦 Defective or Damaged Items
We perform a basic visual check to ensure the item matches your description before packing it for hand-carry. However, we do not test electronics, verify authenticity, or check for micro-defects.
In the rare event that a seller sends a fundamentally broken or incorrect item to our local sorting address, we will notify you immediately to discuss options before we travel, but any ultimate resolution is subject to the platform's seller policies.
Tip before you submit: Double-check your shopping cart! Make sure your Taobao/Shopee links are active, the correct variants are selected, and you've read the seller's reviews before sending them over to us.
