By accessing our website, joining our community communication channels (including our WhatsApp group and Instagram), submitting a sourcing request, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Our Services

MyHero Collects provides specialty personal shopping, sourcing, and international hand-carry delivery services. We act as an intermediary to purchase items on your behalf from third-party retailers, official flagship stores, or digital marketplaces, and arrange for transport and delivery to your designated destination.

• We are not the manufacturers, original retailers, or owners of the brands or collectibles we source.

2. Orders, Catalogues, and Custom Quotes

• Quote Process: All submitted item or Jastip requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline any request due to item availability, size/weight restrictions, safety constraints, or flight logistics.

• Pricing Formula: Quotes provided are custom-calculated based on local retail cost, local handling, and international hand-carry fees.

• Quote Validity: Due to rapid fluctuations in currency exchange rates, local retail pricing, and stock availability, our custom quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued.

• Catalogue Inventory: Items listed directly in our web catalogue are subject to immediate local availability in Taiwan.

3. Payment & Sourcing Terms

• Upfront Payment: Because we purchase items physically or digitally on your behalf, full payment must be received and cleared before we initiate any sourcing, retail purchasing, or checkout services.

• Pricing Fluctuations: In rare instances where a local storefront price changes between your payment and our physical purchase, we will notify you to either collect the difference or issue a full refund if you choose not to proceed.

4. Sourcing Authenticity & Third-Party Store Disclaimer

• Official Sourcing Priority: We prioritize sourcing items directly from official flagship stores and authorized brand retail locations.

• Third-Party Sourcing Disclaimer: If an item is completely sold out at official outlets and is only available via third-party marketplace sellers or independent stores, we will thoroughly review store ratings, history, and feedback to ensure the safest purchase possible. However, MyHero Collects cannot 100% guarantee the absolute authenticity of items sourced from third-party sellers. We will always notify you and obtain your confirmation before proceeding with a third-party purchase. We are not liable for merchant defects, counterfeit items, or poor quality originating from these third-party merchants.

5. Shipping, Hand-Carry Logistics, and Delivery Areas

• Destination Limitations: We currently provide international hand-carry delivery exclusively to Indonesia, alongside domestic fulfillment within Taiwan.

• Flight Schedules & Timelines: To keep international transit affordable, we utilize our internal hand-carry flight network. Arrival timelines depend entirely on our scheduled team flight windows and booking dates. Because flight schedules fluctuate, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed months in advance. Estimated delivery batch updates are continuously shared through our official WhatsApp group and Instagram channels.

• Local Indonesian Shipping Costs:

  • Catalogue Orders: Our service fee completely covers the international hand-carry costs from Taiwan to Indonesia. The customer is solely responsible for local domestic delivery fees within Indonesia, calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Tier: Local domestic shipping within Indonesia is complimentary for all catalogue orders with a total purchase value of Rp 750,000 or more.

  • Custom Requests / Jastip: Shipping fees for custom-sourced non-catalogue items are calculated case-by-case based on size, weight, and handling complexity.

6. Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Damage Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Once payment is processed and an item has been purchased, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind.

• Refund Boundaries: Refunds are strictly limited and will only be reviewed or issued if an item is physically in the direct possession of MyHero Collects in Taiwan and an error occurs entirely on our end prior to transit.

• Transit and Courier Risks: Once an order is securely packed and enters active international transit, flights, or local Indonesian domestic courier networks, it falls entirely outside our operational control. We cannot issue refunds, returns, or cancellations for transit delays or losses.

• Damaged Items: We carefully inspect and securely pack every item to ensure it leaves our care in pristine condition. Damaged packaging or items are an inherent risk of utilizing international travel and hand-carry services. MyHero Collects offers no refunds, replacements, or financial compensation for items or packaging damaged during transit.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHero Collects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the performance/quality of the products sourced. Our maximum financial liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total service fee paid to us for that specific order.
