1. Our Services

MyHero Collects provides personal shopping, sourcing, and international logistics/hand-carry services. We act as an intermediary to purchase items on your behalf from third-party retailers or marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Taobao, Shopee, and local physical stores) and arrange for transport to your designated destination.

We are not the manufacturers, original retailers, or owners of the brands we source.

2. Orders and Custom Quotes

• Quote Process: All submitted item requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline any request due to item availability, safety/customs restrictions, or logistics constraints.

• Pricing Formula: Quotes provided are custom-calculated based on local retail cost, local handling, and international shipping/hand-carry fees.

• Quote Validity: Due to rapid fluctuations in currency exchange rates, local retail pricing, and stock availability, our quotes are valid for [24/48] hours from the time they are sent.

3. Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment: Because we purchase items physically or digitally on your behalf, full payment must be received and cleared before we initiate any sourcing or purchasing.

• Pricing Fluctuations: In rare instances where the local price changes between your payment and our physical purchase, we will notify you to either collect the difference or issue a full refund if you choose not to proceed.
  

4. Cancellation and "Change of Mind" Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Once payment is made and an item has been purchased from the third-party seller or retail storefront, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind.

• No Return Logistics: Because we operate on tight travel schedules and hand-carry constraints, we cannot facilitate return shipping or refund disputes back to original third-party sellers once an item has been collected.
  

5. Third-Party Marketplace Disclaimer (Taobao, Shopee, etc.)

• Accuracy of Details: You are entirely responsible for providing correct URLs, sizes, colors, models, or variations. We buy exactly what you link or specify.

• Merchant Defects: We are not liable for third-party merchant errors, defects, counterfeit items sold by third-party stores, or poor quality.

• Inspection Limits: We perform a basic visual check at our local sorting address to ensure the item matches the description before traveling. We do not test electronic functions, verify authenticity, or check for microscopic defects.
  

6. Shipping, Hand-Carry, and Customs

• Compliance: We strictly adhere to airline safety, hand-carry dimensions, and international customs laws. We will absolutely not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items exceeding standard customs duty-free allowances.

• Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

• Delays and Seizures: While we take every precaution to ensure safe transit, MyHero Collects is not liable for delays, losses, or border seizures caused by customs officials or third-party shipping carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHero Collects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the performance/quality of the products sourced. Our maximum liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total service fee paid to us for that specific order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates to our operational processes, travel schedules, or legal requirements. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
