Terms & Conditions | MyHero Collects Deliveries
By submitting a delivery request and sending your package to our network, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Weight and Pricing Metrics
All shipments are subject to a minimum charge of 1kg. Total package weight is measured upon arrival at our consolidation hub and will automatically be rounded up to the next full kilogram (e.g., 1.2kg will be billed at 2kg). Packages with highly irregular or oversized dimensions may be subject to volumetric weight calculations based on airline baggage constraints, regardless of actual physical weight.
2. Content Verification and Safety
Senders are strictly required to provide an honest, 100% accurate textual inventory and clear photo records of all package contents. MyHero Collects reserves the right to physically open, inspect, and reject any items deemed unsafe, illegal, or restricted for international flight transport. If a package is rejected due to safety violations or false declarations, the sender must arrange and pay for local return shipping within 7 days, or the items will be discarded.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Senders must comply with all aviation security and regional transport regulations. We strictly do not carry any meat products (including fresh, dried, packaged, or vacuum-sealed meats, snacks, and items containing meat by-products), illegal substances, weapons, flammable materials, currency, or items that breach airline baggage security. Senders hold sole legal and financial liability for any issues, penalties, or consequences resulting from undeclared, prohibited, or restricted items.
4. Flight Delays and Schedules
Because our international transit relies entirely on our hand-carry flight network to keep delivery affordable, timelines and arrival windows fluctuate based on flight booking schedules. MyHero Collects is not liable for structural delays caused by airline schedules, flight cancellations, extreme weather, or operational flight shifts. For the absolute latest batch updates, clients must refer to our official WhatsApp group or Instagram updates.
5. Loss, Damage, and Liability Boundary
We carefully handle and pack every shipment to ensure it travels in the best possible condition. However, physical handling risks, shifting, or packaging wear are inherent to international travel and flights.
Once a package enters the active international transit and flight phase, it falls outside of our direct physical control. MyHero Collects is completely exempt from financial liability for any item loss, box/packaging damage, or transit delays occurring during flights or final domestic transit. Our liability is strictly limited to the physical handling of your package while it is in our direct physical possession prior to transit.
6. Payment Policy
Full payment must be settled and cleared prior to final delivery. No packages will be handed over to domestic couriers or processed for doorstep distribution in Indonesia until the delivery invoice is settled in full.
7. Catalog Protection Policy
If an item submitted for independent delivery is already actively listed in the MyHero Collects retail catalog, it will not be accepted for standard package delivery. Clients looking to source items found in our catalog must order them directly through our storefront at our listed retail rates. We reserve the right to reject delivery requests or retroactively adjust invoices to match catalog rates if this policy is bypassed.
8. Final Recipient Local Delivery
Once a package clears international transit and our team hand-offs the package to a local Indonesian domestic courier network for doorstep delivery, the client is responsible for ensuring the recipient's address is correct and reachable. If a package is returned to our local distribution base due to an invalid phone number, incorrect address, or recipient no-show, any additional re-delivery or local holding fees must be fully paid by the client before a second delivery attempt is made.
